Choosing IB Courses

Course students are not required to take 3 higher and 3 standard level courses. They may take as many or as few of each as makes sense for their schedule, keeping in mind the graduation credit requirements for St. Mary’s. Furthermore, they will not be involved in the core subjects (CAS, TOK, EE).

*History Standard Level is completed in ONE year. Those students progressing to Higher Level will take the SL exam in Year 1, and the HL exam in Year 2.
